4. Who is responsible for your data
- AppIQ Technologies Ltd provides the SOG POS software to restaurants and other venues. For guest and order data, we act as a processor on behalf of the venue.
- Venues are responsible for preparing orders, food quality and their own customer service. They are the controllers of their customers' data.
- Payment providers operate independently and are responsible for the financial data they process.
- For our own website, enquiries and customer accounts, AppIQ is the controller.

No online system is completely secure. Please use a strong password and keep your login details private.
